Mary Fairbanks, the fearless and always impartial Player Development Manager of the host department, Coyote Club and call center comes to us from Duluth, Minnesota. Her extensive casino reign spans 20 years and she has held various positions within that time. She worked as a blackjack dealer, then as a table games manager and eventually became Player Development Manager in Minnesota before joining the Spirit Mountain family in August of 2009. One of Mary’s most distinguishing characteristics is her ambition to succeed and this trait has equipped her for managerial roles and aided her in navigating the corporate realm. Her employees, in particular, are quick to point out that her leadership skills are extraordinary. Mary is a firm believer in the following quote; “Successful leaders lead with the heart, not just the head. They possess qualities like empathy, compassion and courage.” Simply stated, Mary encompasses all of these qualities.
Rebecca Lindsey

Rebecca was raised in Arizona, and began her Spirit Mountain journey at the Coyote Club in 2000. Rebecca’s spirit and pride in her work is admirable and she has an empathetic side to her personality. Rebecca thoroughly enjoys building relationships with guests.

Lam “Steve” Nguyen

Steve is our newest host at SMC. His keen attention to detail, professionalism, and work ethic have already earned him positive remarks from cohorts and guests alike. Steve moved from Vietnam to the United States when he was 12, and later attended the Minneapolis Business College, receiving a degree in computer programming and accounting. With 6 years of experience in hosting and fluent in Vietnamese, Steve is a valuable asset to our department.
