Please read the rules and guidelines before filling out the Coyote Club Electronic Application.

Coyote Club Electronic Application Guidelines

  1. Must be 21 years of age or older to be a Coyote Club member.
  2. Once the electronic application is submitted, it may take 24 – 72 hours to be processed. Coyote Club Cards will not be mailed. You must go to the Coyote Club desk to pick up your card(s).
  3. Must show picture I.D. to receive your Coyote Club Card.
  4. Spirit Mountain Casino is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
  5. Spirit Mountain Casino does not assume responsibility for improperly inserted cards.
  6. Accounts without play activity over a one year period will be deleted and all points forfeited.
  7. This membership is nontransferable.
  8. By completing and submitting a Coyote Club Electronic Application you understand and agree to the guidelines above.

Spirit Mountain reserves the right to revise or cancel the club or it’s guidelines, terms and conditions at anytime without prior notice.
