Rules

(1) The Bad Beat jackpot applies only to Texas Hold’em.
(2) To win the jackpot, the qualifying hand must be beaten.
(3) Both hole cards in both hands must play. Kickers must beat the board.
(4) The jackpot shall be divided as follows:
A. 50% to the player with the losing qualifying hand;
B. 25% to the player with the winning qualifying hand; and
C. 25% divided equally to the remaining players that do not have a missed blind button.
(5) Only the two highest hands are eligible for the top awards.
(6) In the event of a tie, the appropriate jackpot award will be distributed evenly among the tying qualifying hands.
(7) There must be a minimum of four players dealt in a hand to qualify for the jackpot.
(8) The contribution to the jackpot fund shall not exceed two dollars for each hand dealt that qualifies for the jackpot.
