Mystery progressive jackpots are different from standard jackpots on slot machines in that you can better predict when they'll hit. Mystery progressives do not require a winning combination, and are instead guaranteed to randomly hit within a specified range. This means, for example, that the jackpot meter will say that it will pay out before it reaches $1,000, but at a randomly generated number less than the declared value. A mystery progressive payout could hit at any time within the specified range. This means that the jackpots with the best odds of winning are the ones that are getting closer to the upper jackpot value.  

Multi-level progressives have multiple levels of jackpots. The jackpot size will vary from machine to machine, but will typically include mini, minor, major, and mega values. These payouts still occur at random values, but the odds will change as the values increase.

The Rapid Riches connected machines have smaller jackpots and, as a result, will hit more often. 

The Mega Riches connected games have large jackpots, which don't hit as often but have huge payouts when they do. Keep your eye on the thresholds, so you know when a hit might be coming and test your luck!
