RUBY MENDEZ-ANDERSON
PLAYER DEVELOPMENT SUPERVISOR
Ruby joined the Spirit Mountain team in 2011 as a slot attendant. After working closely with guests in the slot department, she was eager to join the VIP Host team where she would be able to focus more on the guest's needs. Ruby has excelled at providing an exceptional experience to our most valued players. She has an attention for detail, and makes an effort to welcome everyone who walks through the door as if they were a guest in her home.
Rebecca Lindsey
Executive Casino Host
Rebecca was raised in Arizona, and began her Spirit Mountain journey at the Coyote Club in 2000. Rebecca's spirit and pride in her work is admirable, and she has an empathetic side to her personality which allows her to relate well to others. Rebecca thoroughly enjoys building relationships with guests and is available to do just that with you.
LISA KETZNER-STUMPF
Executive Casino Host
Lisa joined the host team in 2013 because she wanted an opportunity to work directly with our guests. She is passionate about her job and loves getting to know each of her guests. Lisa's focus is to ensure you have an enjoyable experience each time you visit Spirit Mountain. In her spare time, Lisa enjoys bicycling, gardening and reading a good book.
Lisa Burger
Executive Casino Host
Lisa began her journey with Spirit Mountain in 2015. Before becoming an Executive Host, she provided excellent guest service in Food & Beverage and Count Operations. Lisa is excited to be part of an amazing team of hosts and she strives to make every experience fun for her guests. In her spare time, Lisa enjoys playing the piano, spending time with her children, and taking day trips to wherever the road leads.
Heidi Brock
Table Games Executive Host
Heidi joined our Spirit Mountain family in 2004 with our Table Games Department and has recently became part of VIP Services team as a Table Games Executive Host. Heidi really enjoys interacting with all of our guests and strives to ensure that all of our guests feel welcome. Heidi really enjoys hanging out with her family and friends on her spare time. She also is a huge sports fan and loves going to sporting events, especially ones that involve her kids.
Ricardo Alvarez
Executive Casino Host
Born and raised in Mexico, Ricardo understands that each culture has its unique values, norms, and expectations. He communicates in both English and Spanish and brings a wealth of expertise to his role as an Executive Host. With a solid background at Coyote Club, where he spent six years and held a supervisory position for four years, Ricardo understands the intricacies of casino operations and excellent guest services.
His warm demeanor and ability to connect with people show his commitment to shining through in every interaction. In his spare time, he enjoys the company of his four dogs at the farm.
Sydney Malone
Executive Casino Host
Sydney was born and raised in Chicago's bustling city. She moved to Oregon in 2023 and joined the Spirit Mountain Family in 2024.
Sydney is excited to bring her genuine passion for exceptional service to our VIPs. In her spare time, she embarks on adventures along Oregon’s coastline and uncovers hidden gems state-wide.
Justinn Martin
Casino Host
Justinn Martin has been a dedicated member of the Spirit Mountain team for the past five months. He began his journey in Player Services and has since transitioned into his current role as a Casino Host. Justinn takes pride in creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment for all guests, ensuring a high standard of service and personalized experiences.
Outside of his professional role, Justinn is an avid PC gamer and enjoys playing blackjack—both as a way to unwind and to sharpen his strategic thinking. He is passionate about hospitality, guest engagement, and continuous personal growth.

With over two years of experience at the hotel before transitioning into his current role as a Casino Host, Rhett brings a deep understanding of hospitality and guest satisfaction to every interaction. Rhett prides himself on being highly customer-oriented, always striving to ensure every guest feels valued and taken care of. He is dedicated to helping everyone. Rhett also enjoys traveling, attending concerts, and spending time with family.
