Coyote Club Membership Rules

The use of the Coyote Club membership card indicates acceptance of the Privacy Policy, and Terms and Conditions outlined herein:

1. Coyote Club membership is free. Must be at least 21 years of age to join.
2. A valid photo ID is required to join the Coyote Club or receive any club benefits.
3. All member information is strictly confidential, and will never be shared without a photo ID.
4. All Coyote Club benefits and points are nontransferable and subject to cancellation at any time.
5. Coyote Club members earn 1 point for every $1 of slot play (coin-in). On video poker and designated posted games, members earn 1 point for every $4 coin-in.
   250 points = $1 for redemptive purposes.
6. Members also earn points for Table Games and Keno. Points are based on a variety of criteria including average bet and length of play.
7. Club account discrepancies should be reported to a representative at the Coyote Club desk within 24 hours of discovery to be eligible for reconsideration.
8. All Coyote Club rewards are the property of Spirit Mountain Casino and must be surrendered upon request.
9. All applicable taxes relating to any club benefits are the sole responsibility of the member.
10. Accounts which remain inactive after 12 months are subject to cancellation and elimination of points and benefits.
11. Spirit Mountain Casino resolves any dispute not covered by these rules.
12. Spirit Mountain Casino reserves the right to change, modify or cancel any rule, promotion, program, procedure, or the card itself at its sole discretion.
13. Only the member listed on the Coyote Club account is authorized by Spirit Mountain Casino to use the card or benefits in any way.
